**NATIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY TELECOMMUNICATORS WEEK**

National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (NPSTW) is held annually during the second week of April to raise public awareness about the hard work and dedication of public safety telecommunicators. This year we are honoring Public Safety Telecommunicators this week, April 13th - 19th.

The officers and members of the SVFD would like to say thank you to all of the hardworking dispatchers out there. Especially our friends at 60-Control, who we work with daily. A special thank you to the 60-Control dispatchers who are also members of the Somers Volunteer Fire Department:
