NOTICE

Please take notice in accordance with provisions of Chapter 240 of the Laws of 2006; the Somers
Fire District shall hold a public hearing to discuss the contents of its proposed budget for 2025. The public hearing will be conducted at the Lincolndale Firehouse 119 Primrose Street (Route 139), Somers, New York at 7:00 p.m. on October 15, 2024. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Somers and at the office of the Fire District Secretary where it may be inspected by any interested person.
